Nyemah Jenkins
Founder
As a leader with over 10 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition and diversity & inclusion; I have worked with major players in various industries such as IBM and Google. Throughout my career I have reviewed over 1,000 resumes, interviewed more than 700 people, hired more than 500 people and coached people in industries ranging from tech, to healthcare, sales and everything in between in multiple countries all over the world.

My approach to work is centered around promoting diversity, equity & inclusion in all aspects, including understanding the importance of using inclusive language in job descriptions and resumes to attract attention.
